Coffee Facts!
In the homes of the Bedouins, coffee is generally served plain with cardamom. It gives off a yellow colour and a very sweet taste. Sometimes ginger is added instead of cardamom. The Bedouins would greet the guest of honour with "Allah WA Sablan", meaning, "My home is your home".
Grind some freshly roasted Mackellar Range coffee beans, brew the perfect cup and spread the word!
